This variety set the standard for sweet corn. A wonderful open-pollinated corn that grows 6½ to 7 inch ears with 8 rows of broad tender kernels. 5 to 6 foot stalks. High yields. Stalks can be planted more closely than other varieties. Best enjoyed when freshly picked. Freezes well on the cob. Easy to grow from seeds.
