When to Harvest
Harvest when the sprouts are bright green and small (less than 1 – 1 ½ inches in diameter). The sprouts will snap off the stalk. Or, you can harvest the entire stalk if you prefer. Unwashed sprouts can be saved for a few days in the refrigerator, or blanch and freeze them.
